Return Policy – Non-Acceptance of Returns
Non-Returnable Goods: Consistent with the Refund Policy, Loweffort does not accept returns of any Products for any reason.
Exchange for Defective Goods (Limited): Exchanges are considered solely in cases of manufacturing defects, and are subject to the availability of the product and Loweffort’s discretionary approval.
Notification of Defects: Claims for exchanges due to manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the Product.
Refund Policy – All Sales Final
Finality of Sale: Due to the inherently limited-edition nature of the apparel and accessories offered by Loweffort (“the Products”), all sales are deemed final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges shall be permitted for reasons including, but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction with size, fit, color, design, or change of preference.
Defective or Damaged Goods: In the event that a customer receives a Product that is demonstrably defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must provide written notification, accompanied by clear photographic evidence, to loweffort within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Remedy for Defective
Goods: Upon receipt of timely notification and verification of the defect or damage, Loweffort, at its sole and absolute discretion, may offer a replacement of the defective Product, subject to availability. No monetary refunds shall be issued.
Limitation of Liability: Loweffort' s liability for defective or damaged goods shall be limited to the replacement of the Product, as provided herein
